Pathology (2008)

A brilliant medical student graduates at the top of his class and joins a highly prestigious pathology program. He is quickly welcomed into an elite, secretive group of fellow interns. However, he soon discovers they are playing a depraved, after-hours game in the morgue: each takes turns committing the "perfect," undetectable murder to see if the others can deduce the cause of death. As he gets sucked deeper into their dangerous world of sex, drugs, and corpses, he must figure out how to outsmart them before he or his fiancée becomes the next dissection subject.
