A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010)

Plot: A group of suburban teenagers share a terrifying bond: they are all being stalked in their dreams by Freddy Krueger, a horribly disfigured killer who wields a signature leather glove fitted with sharp metal blades. As long as they stay awake, they are safe—but the moment they slip into exhaustion, sleep becomes a lethal trap where dying in the dream realm results in their gruesome death in the real world. Racing against a ticking clock of sleep deprivation, the surviving teens must piece together a dark childhood secret buried by their parents to drag Freddy out of their nightmares and defeat him in physical reality.
