All of Me (1984)

Plot: A dying, eccentric millionaire named Edwina Cutwater plans to transfer her soul into a younger woman's body. Due to a spiritual mix-up by a mystic, her soul instead ends up sharing the body of her straight-laced lawyer, Roger Cobb. As Roger and Edwina mentally battle for control of a single physical form, hilariously chaotic antics ensue.
