An American Tail: Fievel Goes West (1991)

Plot: The adventurous Mousekewitz family decides to leave the gritty streets of New York City behind when they are promised a utopian future out in the American Wild West, a paradise where mice and cats supposedly live in perfect harmony. However, during the train ride out west, young Fievel is separated from his family once again. Stranded in the desert, he uncovers a sinister plot orchestrated by the suave con-artist Cat R. Waul, who intends to turn the unsuspecting rodent settlers into mouse burgers. To save his family and the town, Fievel must team up with a legendary, over-the-hill canine lawman named Wylie Burp and his old cat friend Tiger to stop the feline scheme before it's too late.
