Dreamcatcher (2009)

Plot: Four lifelong friends, who share a telepathic bond after saving a mysterious boy in their childhood, reunite for their annual hunting trip in a remote, snowbound Maine cabin. Their quiet retreat takes a terrifying turn when a dazed stranger wanders into their camp, babbling about strange lights in the sky and suffering from a horrific, parasitic ailment.
