Escape from Planet Earth (2013)

Plot: On the alien planet Baab, dashing astronaut Scorch Supernova is a revered national hero known for executing flawless, death-defying rescue operations. While Scorch basks in the limelight, his nerdy, tech-savvy brother Gary handles the calculations at BASA Mission Control to keep him safe. When an SOS distress signal beams in from the notoriously hazardous "Dark Planet" (Earth), Scorch brashly ignores Gary's data-driven warnings and dives headfirst into the mission. Caught in a sinister trap orchestrated by a ruthless military leader, Scorch finds himself locked away in Area 51. It is up to the risk-averse Gary to leave his comfort zone, mount a rescue mission, and save his brother, his people, and the galaxy.
