Face/Off (1997)

Plot: To foil an imminent terrorist plot, obsessed FBI agent Sean Archer undergoes a radical, top-secret surgical procedure to literally swap faces with his comatose nemesis, the psychopathic terrorist Castor Troy. The mission goes horribly wrong when Troy unexpectedly wakes up, assumes Archer's identity, and leaves the real agent trapped inside a maximum-security prison with the face of the man who murdered his son.
