Guns Akimbo (2019)

Plot: Miles is a mild-mannered video game developer whose mundane life is upended when he drunkenly trolls the wrong online crowd—an underground criminal syndicate known as SKIZM, which runs a real-life, live-streamed death match citywide. After the gang's sadistic leader breaks into his apartment and knocks him unconscious, Miles wakes up to find two heavy semi-automatic handguns brutally bolted into his bones. Forced into the lethal tournament with zero preparation, his survival instincts are put to the ultimate test when he learns his first opponent is Nix, the game's reigning, heavily armed, psychopath champion.
