Idle Hands (1999)

Plot: Anton Tobias is the ultimate teenage slacker: a couch potato burnout who spends his days eating junk food, watching television, and completely ignoring the world around him. But his lazy routine takes a terrifying and chaotic turn when he discovers that his parents have been brutally murdered—and his own right hand is responsible! Possessed by a bloodthirsty, demonic force, Anton's hand develops a mind of its own and goes on a murderous rampage, killing his two best friends, Mick and Pnub. When the duo returns as lazy, wisecracking zombies to help him cope, Anton must find a way to stop his rogue appendage before it wreaks absolute havoc on the town and completely ruins his chances with the girl next door, Molly.
