Jennifer 8 (1992)

Plot: Burned-out Los Angeles homicide detective John Berlin relocates to a quiet town in Northern California for a fresh start, only to find himself instantly drawn into an unsolved string of murders involving blind young women. When he discovers the remains of an unidentified eighth victim—whom he codenames "Jennifer"—he meets Helena, a beautiful, vulnerable blind woman who may be the serial killer's only surviving witness and next intended target. As Berlin desperately fights to protect Helena and catch the killer, his obsession backfires, leaving him framed for the murder of his own partner and caught in a tense psychological game where he cannot trust his own eyes.
