Men with Brooms (2002)

Plot: When a beloved curling coach passes away, his final eccentric request throws a small Canadian town into a frenzy: his ashes must be buried inside a curling stone, and his former, estranged team must reunite to win the legendary Golden Broom championship. Ten years after a devastating championship choke tore them apart, four mismatched local men—Chris, Neil, James, and Eddie—reluctantly band together under the guidance of the coach's comedy-legend father, Gordon Cutter. As they slide down ice and dodge eccentric local wildlife, they must overcome their personal failures, fix their messy love lives, and master the world's most misunderstood sport to secure their coach's final legacy and find their own redemption.
