Peacock (2010)

Plot: In the quiet, rural town of Peacock, Nebraska, a reclusive bank clerk named John Skillpa lives a meticulously structured life hiding a massive secret: he shares his home with a separate female alter-ego named Emma, who takes care of the domestic chores every morning. The town believes Emma is John's reclusive wife, a delicate balance he maintains through an elaborate psychological deception. However, John's carefully constructed world shatters when a cargo train unexpectedly derails and crashes directly into his backyard. When the neighbors rush over to help, they discover Emma, thrusting John's alternate persona into the public spotlight. As the community forces Emma into the town's social fabric, John finds himself locked in a desperate, escalating psychological war with his own fractured psyche to hide the terrifying truth before his entire life completely unravels.
