Plot: When a bio-terrorism threat quarantine locks down a national law enforcement convention in Florida, the hopelessly incompetent deputies of the Washoe County Sheriff's Department are the only officers left free on the streets. Out of their depth and running wild in South Beach, this rag-tag crew must somehow save the day in an outrageous, sun-soaked comedy of errors.
