Star Trek: Insurrection (1998)

Plot: When Lt. Commander Data suddenly malfunctions and goes rogue while observing the peaceful, technologically averse Ba'ku people, Captain Jean-Luc Picard and the crew of the USS Enterprise-E launch a covert mission to uncover the truth. They soon stumble upon a sinister, rogue conspiracy orchestrated by a corrupt Starfleet Admiral and a vengeful, aging alien race known as the Son'a, who plan to forcibly relocate the Ba'ku to harvest their planet's unique radiation—a natural "fountain of youth" capable of cellular rejuvenation. Refusing to stand by and watch an innocent civilization destroyed, Picard and his crew choose to violate direct orders, staging a bold defiance against Starfleet itself to defend the Ba'ku and preserve the fundamental ideals of the Federation.
