The Big Hit (1998)

Plot: Melvin Smiley is an insecure, stress-ridden hitman who desperately wants everyone to like him—a massive liability in the contract killing business. Looking for a quick payday to manage his demanding fiancée and greedy mistress, Melvin and his eccentric crew of assassins take a freelance kidnapping job on the side. The scheme violently backfires when they discover their hostage, a wealthy high schooler, is the beloved goddaughter of their own ruthless mob boss.
