The Recruit (2003)

Plot: In a world where nothing is what it seems, brilliant MIT graduate James Clayton is tapped by veteran instructor Walter Burke to join the CIA. Sent to the agency's secretive training facility known as "The Farm," Clayton must endure grueling psychological and physical tests while falling for a mysterious fellow trainee. When Burke warns him of a dangerous mole operating inside the program, Clayton is thrust into a lethal game of deception where his survival depends on remembering the ultimate rule of espionage: trust no one.
