Thunderpants (2002)

Plot: Young Patrick Smash is a boy born with an extraordinary and unfortunate condition: he possesses two stomachs, which cause him to emit unstoppable, incredibly powerful flatulence. Shunted by his family and peers, his only ally is his child-genius best friend, Alan A. Allen, a boy born with absolutely no sense of smell. Together, the duo channels Patrick's unique "gift" into an exceptional source of power, constructing custom gas-retaining trousers that propel him into the air. This remarkable flatulence ultimately catches the eye of NASA and the United States space program, launching Patrick into an unimaginable outer space adventure where his specialized talent might be the exact tool needed to save the world.
