Tim Burton's Corpse Bride (2005)

Plot: In a dreary 19th-century Victorian village, a nervous young man named Victor accidentally practices his wedding vows in the forest, placing his ring onto what he thinks is a tree branch. It turns out to be the skeletal finger of a deceased young woman named Emily, who rises from the grave assuming they are now legally wed. Whisked away to the unexpectedly vibrant and joyful Land of the Dead, Victor must find a way back to the Land of the Living before his true fiancé, Victoria, is married off to a villainous aristocrat.
