Waterworld (1995)

Plot: In a dystopian future where the polar ice caps have completely melted, Earth is entirely submerged beneath an endless ocean, and the surviving remnants of humanity cling to life on floating communities. Enter the Mariner, a mutated, nomadic drifter with gills who reluctantly rescues a young woman and a little girl targeted by a ruthless clan of jet-skiing pirates known as the Smokers. The reason? The child has a mysterious map tattooed on her back that supposedly leads to the mythical paradise known as "Dryland." Together, they must navigate the treacherous, lawless waters to uncover Earth's final sanctuary before the pirates seize it first.
