What Planet Are You From? (2000)

Plot: Sent from an all-male alien planet to conquer Earth, Harold Anderson is a highly advanced extra-terrestrial on a singular, desperate mission: find an Earth woman, impregnate her, and secure the future of his dying civilization. Fitted with an artificial, mechanical buzzing appendage that alerts him to arousal, Harold takes up a job as a humdrum bank worker to blend into human society. However, finding a willing mate proves far harder than anticipating space travel. When he meets the beautifully grounded Susan, Harold discovers that the strange complexities of human emotion, dating etiquette, and genuine love are a lot harder to navigate than intergalactic conquest.
